For years, I’ve supported individuals and couples through transition, relationship changes, family dynamics, and seasons of personal renewal.
My work is trauma-informed and integrates Internal Family Systems (parts work), embodied emotional regulation, and attachment theory. But more than any approach, I focus on creating a space where you feel genuinely safe, respected, and met.
From there, your own clarity starts to surface. Through thoughtful questions and reflection, we make space for your truth to emerge at a pace that feels right for you. When it’s helpful, I’ll offer simple practices you can return to between sessions, so the work continues to take root in your everyday life.
